Abstract
KAIZEN Institute Western Europe, a division of KAIZEN Institute Ltd, a multinational consulting company specialized in the fields of KAIZEN™, Lean Management and continuous improvement, offers an advanced service to boost the digital transition in Spanish SMEs, completely free of charge.
The service is provided through the Activa Industria 4.0 Program, promoted by the Ministry of Industry, Trade and Tourism, through the EOI Foundation.
The company is looking for industrial SMEs in Castilla y León that need advanced technical support to initiate digital transformation processes, and intermediate entities or groups of SMEs for collaboration agreements.
The company offers SMEs, through this program, specialized and personalized advice that identifies the digital enablers needed in this transformation process and establishes the roadmap for its implementation, with the following deliverables for the SME:
- situation diagnosis
- transformation plan

- 7,400 € grant (100% financing)
- 50h of consulting
- 4 months of service
